VW busje

Op de handwerkbeurs kocht ik een klein borduurpakketje met een VW busje. Ik kijk wel vaker bij de kleine borduurpakketjes op beurzen en deze trok direct mijn aandacht.

I bought a little cross stitch kit on the Handwerkbeurs (Dutch craft fair) from a VW van. I look at fairs for little cross stitch kits and this cutie got my eye.

Twee weken terug maakte ik hem. Het leuke van zo'n klein borduurwerkje is dat het ook niet lang duurt voordat hij klaar is :-)

I made it two weeks ago. I love the little cross stitch kits because it doesn't take a long time to complete :-)


Ik wil hem graag aan iemand weggeven. Ik vond hem leuk om te maken, maar ik denk dat hij anders maar in de kast ligt te liggen en dat vind ik zonde. Dus wie kan ik blij maken met een klein VW bus borduursel? Laat onder deze blog een reactie achter en over twee weken trek ik een winnaar :-)

I want to give it away to someone. I loved making it, but I think it will lie in the closet overhere and I don't like that. So who wants this cute cross stitch VW van? Leave a reaply and I will pick a winner in two weeks :-)

Moss stitch tutorial

Bij de blog van le monde du Sucrette zag ik toch zo'n leuke steek! De moss stitch. Ik was meteen verliefd en volgens haar blogje was hij niet zo moeilijk. Het prinipe is best makkelijk een lossen en een vaste, maar een duidelijke tutorial met uitleg van begin tot eind kon ik niet vinden, dus ben ik het zelf gaan uitproberen. En het is me gelukt! Harry Potters sorteerhoed

Ik ben een Harry Potter gek. Als je me volgt op Instagram heb je vast al gezien dat ik regelmatig de films kijk en ik kort geleden weer ben begonnen met het lezen van de boeken :-) Eergisteren zat ik wat te surfen op internet en kwam zo het patroon van de sorteerhoed tegen gemaakt door Allison van CRAFTYisCOOL . Ik vond hem meteen leuk en ook goed gelukt en waagde mij aan het patroon. Harry Potters Sorting Hat I'm an Harry Potter addict. If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen that I watch the movies regularly and I started reading the books again recently :-) The day before yesterday I was surfing on the internet and I found the pattern of the sorting hat designed by Allison from CRAFTYisCOOL . I loved it and started crocheting.  In het originele patroon is het echt een hoed gehaakt met haaknaald 10, ik wilde een klein sorteerhoedje om leuk bij mijn boeken neer te zetten dus gebruikte ik een kleinere haaknaald en dunner garen. Drops moss stitch sjaal

Hihi, ja ik ben verslaafd aan de moss stitch :-D Naast de sjaal waarmee ik de moss stitch tutorial heb gemaakt (waar ik nog steeds regelmatig een stukje aan haak) en de moss stitch cowl die ik gehaakt heb heb ik nu ook een moss stitch sjaal gehaakt van drops! Drops moss stitch scarf Hihi, yes I'm addicted to the moss stitch :-D After the scarf that I used to make the moss stitch turtorial (the one that isn't finished, but I regularly pick up to crochet a few rows) and the moss stitch cowl I crocheted I now also crocheted a moss stitch scarf from drops! Mn eerste moss stitch sjaal (die ene die nog niet klaar is) haak ik in de breedte. Deze van drops heb ik in de lengte gehaakt zodat hij toch weer een ander effect geeft. I crochet the first moss stitch scarf (the one that isn't finished) in width. This one from drops is crocheted in length so it gives a different effect. Waarom noem ik dit mijn drops moss stitch sjaal? Omdat ik hem heb gehaakt met Drops
